Staff was pretty nice and location is just perfect. They have beach towels available and 2 chairs in the beach per room are included.

location is great.. when there isnt construction right out front. good value considering the location. character cute. nice pool! the taco place next door makes it all worth while! plus your only sleeping in the room right ???

Great conditions for a great price. You can't live closer to the ocean. Brilliant view. A wonderful opportunity to spend an evening on the beach without getting into the car. There is a parking lot at the hotel with discounts for hotel residents. Very nice service. Interesting decor, you can feel like you are in old times in Florida. I'd be happy to recommend this cool place.

Unfriendly staff, they didn't even allow me a room in the actual hotel, they stuck me in the 'annex'. Looked like staff quarters. Over two hundred dollars for a hotel that says ocean front, smelled and looked like an industrial site. Major construction.

All of the staff was very nice, the restaurant looked nice and affordable but we just stopped in for a drink before the beach and never got to try it but the lady who served us was so nice! We got there very late like 12am and went to the beach and around 5am went looking for food it was honestly silly of us to be out at 5am nothing was open even thought it said places were basically if you get in late make sure you door dash or something and I wouldn’t walk around at night it was safe like nothing actually happened but there are a lot of ppl in the area who are homeless. I want to make it clear tho during the day you still see a few but they really are nice ppl and don’t bother you and it’s mostly tourist and ppl that live and work in the area and you honestly won’t even care at allllll once you go to that ocean do not let the negatives confuse you that beach to me and my friend was more relaxing and pretty then Miami south beach it had cute little shops with jewelry and stuff for cheap too and the hotel gives you the same chairs that the other beach is gonna charge you 20$ a chair for the good ones!! I could go on and on about the positives honestly for me I almost left the first night but we stayed and in the morning we loved it we only used to room to get ready and sleep I mean for that price and that beach and you can not beat it! I’m not hard to please and one last thing that hotel smells so good lolll idk who cleans it but it’s like overwhelmingly good lolll!
